We have no limits in terms of design. The important thing is that we can understand what you need. If you can't find a design that suits you in the existing designs, we can create designs that are tailored to you and your motorcycle. Our Standard Dimensions: "Size 1:" 86.6 x 39.4" / 220 x 100 cm, "Size 2:" 102 x 47" / 260 x 120 cm, "Size 3:" 110.2 x 63" / 280 x 160 cm, but we can also create completely custom dimensions for you. If you need measurements other than these, you can contact us through the WhatsApp chat line. We will provide you with a proposal for the dimensions that suit your needs. "Size 1" is suitable for covering the wheels of almost all motorcycles and is generally recommended for sports motorcycles. Our normal order processing time is 1-5 business days, but we always strive to do better. You will be notified when your order is prepared and shipped. We're sure you'll be happy with your LAL Motorcycle Mat purchase but we all change our minds. If you do, please read through the information below. As always we are only an email or phone away! So any questions you contact us via WhatsApp. If you are for any reason unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund providing they are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order, complete with all original tags, and in an original resalable condition. Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please check the product when you receive the package. LAL Motorcycle Mat is not responsible for any defect for products that are not checked within 2 weeks from the date of delivery. LAL Motorcycle Mat is not responsible for all the shipping and customs fees of the returned items. Please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in transit. We strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as LAL Motorcycle Mat will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Our company lists all measurements and features of the products in their descriptions. Customers are advised to read these details prior to purchasing. However, if there is an error or discrepancy with the product, it is our responsibility and we will make sure to rectify the problem. If the mistake is on our end, we will take full responsibility and make sure to provide the best service possible. Standard mats can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, with the customer covering the return shipping cost. However, customized mats cannot be returned as they are made to order.
